The screen representation of Hotfolders is similar to the Windows
NT Explorer.
The document status is clearly indicated by color symbols: waiting,
in progress, rejected, finished.
Retry option when action failed.
Save, ignore or delete files that cause errors.
Error handling for rejected file which do not match the preflight
check criteria or naming conventions.
The priority of waiting documents can be changed at any time.
"Drag and drop" of documents to Hotfolder windows.
Many predefined configuration files for O.R.I.S. functions which can be tailored
to the user's specific requirements.
Configuration files of most PC applications can be edited using the
Hotfolder Manager.
The format specifications for configuration files are included in the kit.
